Teneriffe is a ferry wharf in the suburb of Teneriffe used by the CityFerry on the Brisbane River.

In January 2011 the wharf sustained a minor damage during the devastating floods;[1] it was repaired and reopened on 14 February 2011.[2][3]

Upgrade plans

A new CityCat terminal is being constructed adjacent to the existing CityFerry terminal.[4] The new CityCat terminal will include pontoons for two CityCats and waiting area with seating for 50 people. The existing CityFerry terminal will be removed.

Construction of the terminal commenced in July 2011 and is expected to be completed by the end of 2011.[5]
